Job Description: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * FOLLOW ALL SAFETY, QUALITY, GMP, AND PPE REQUIREMENTS. * OPERATE, SET UP, AND MAINTAIN PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT AND ENSURE EFFICIENT LINE OPERATION. * INSPECT MATERIALS, PRODUCTS, CODES, AND SPECIFICATIONS TO ENSURE QUALITY AND COMPLIANCE. * COMPLETE PRODUCTION RECORDS, SAP TRANSACTIONS, AND REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION. * MAINTAIN A CLEAN AND SAFE WORK AREA AND REPORT EQUIPMENT OR PRODUCTION ISSUES. * SUPPORT, TRAIN, AND COACH TEAM MEMBERS WHILE PROMOTING TEAMWORK AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT. * COMMUNICATE PRODUCTION UPDATES AND ISSUES WITH SUPERVISORS AND CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS QUALIFICATIONS * MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE, PREFERABLY IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY. * STRONG COMMUNICATION, PROBLEM-SOLVING, TEAMWORK, AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS. * BASIC COMPUTER, SAP, AND MATHEMATICAL SKILLS. * ABILITY TO WORK IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT AND LIFT UP TO 25 LBS. * DEMONSTRATED COMMITMENT TO SAFETY, QUALITY, AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT. Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on the night shift, which operates from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am Monday through Sunday. Requirements

Candidates should have previous manufacturing experience, preferably in the food industry, and demonstrate strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP is required, along with the ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
