Our Values Trust Responsibility Excellence Navigating Change Candor Humility Overview We are seeking a documentation assistant to administer the periodic and preventative maintenance schedules of all machineries in the plant assigned, and plans the respective activities and resources needed. Your Tasks: Performs specialized administration tasks to support Maintenance Management. Prepares routine reports, correspondence, and/or statistics. Maintains records and filing systems; types and/or enters data into computer systems, including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, database, or specialized software packages. Performs the administration of programs, projects, and/or processes specific to the organizational unit served. Manage maintenance inventory parts and procurement of parts as needed. Manage CMMS software and assign PMs, tasks, and services to maintenance technicians. Coordinate facility and maintenance services with incoming providers. Execute small maintenance and facilities project and assist project owners. Track, maintain and update list of contractors and suppliers. Track, maintain and update departmental spending and record keeping of invoicing. Track, maintain, communicate and update departmental schedules Requirements: Education in a related field. Experience in CMMS, purchasing, outlook and other relevant software that assist with task coordination. Relevant CMMS certifications – MVPPlant Software certification is an asset Performs "trouble shooting", by applying background understanding of processes or incidents to analyze and resolve operational problems with given procedures, in a well-known environment. Evaluating and selecting appropriate set of measures, and about applying the right set of tools and processes, issue handling may exceed day-to-day horizon quite regularly, and embraces planning and acting for up to few weeks ahead. Theoretical understanding and broader practical skills in the related field of work and needs to apply practical methods, concepts and techniques, work procedures and processes. Understanding of regulatory requirements for preventative maintenance of critical parts. The expected compensation range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 / Annually. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on several job-related factors, including relevant education, depth and breadth of experience, professional certifications or license, specialized skills aligned with the role, and internal equity considerations.
