Job summary

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of a multi-residential property. The ideal candidate will have practical experience completing general building repairs and unit maintenance, with a strong focus on drywall, plastering, painting, tile work, and minor plumbing. Duties & Responsibilities Perform drywall repairs, including patching holes, replacing damaged sections, taping, sanding, and finishing. Complete plaster repairs to walls and ceilings and prepare surfaces for painting. Perform interior painting and touch-ups, including walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and common areas. Complete tile repairs and replacement, including damaged floor and wall tiles, grouting, and caulking. Perform minor plumbing repairs, including replacing faucets, showerheads, toilet components, and addressing minor leaks or clogs. Complete general maintenance and repairs in residential units and common areas. Assist with vacant unit turnovers and preparing units for new residents. Respond to maintenance work orders and complete repairs in a timely and professional manner. Identify maintenance issues requiring specialized contractors and report them to management. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition. Follow all building safety procedures and company policies. Provide professional and courteous service when working in occupied residential units. Preferred Qualifications: Previous maintenance experience in a residential or multi-residential environment, with strong hands-on skills in drywall, plastering, painting, tile repair, and basic plumbing.
