Position Overview The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for ensuring bottles are manufactured and packaged according to quality standards, customer requirements, and food safety expectations. Through inspections, testing, documentation, and team member support, this role helps maintain compliance with GMP, HACCP, SQF, and company quality standards. What You'll Be Doing Perform quality inspections and testing to ensure products meet specifications Complete quality, sanitation, and HACCP documentation accurately each shift Monitor production processes and identify quality concerns or GMP non-compliance Support SQF, HACCP, and food safety programs across the facility Train and reinforce quality expectations with Pack Operators and Material Handlers Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and operational performance Perform testing using quality equipment, including the Avbis 3000 as assigned Partner with Production and Quality teams to investigate and resolve issues Support additional quality initiatives and projects as assigned What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or quality environment Experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting preferred GMP, HACCP, or SQF experience preferred Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic math and computer skills Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and up to 12-hour shifts as needed ​What We Offer Competitive compensation and benefits Career growth and development opportunities A collaborative and supportive team environment The opportunity to make a direct impact on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction If you're a diligent professional who takes pride in quality, safety, and continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you. What you’ll do

The Quality Control Inspector ensures bottles are manufactured and packaged according to quality, customer, and food safety standards. This includes performing inspections, maintaining HACCP documentation, and supporting SQF programs across the facility.

Requirements

Candidates need a high school diploma and at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality environment. Experience with GMP, HACCP, or SQF and the ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts are preferred.
