Lead SAP QA/Test Lead (Remote – Canada) Location: Remote (Canada) Experience: 10+ Years Employment Type: Full-time / Contract Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Lead SAP QA/Test Lead to lead end-to-end testing for SAP implementation and transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP functional testing, test strategy, defect management, and leading QA teams in Agile environments. Responsibilities Lead SAP testing activities across multiple projects. Develop test strategy, test plans, and test cases. Manage SIT, UAT, Regression, and Integration testing. Coordinate with business, functional, and technical teams. Track defects, testing progress, and quality metrics. Mentor QA team members and support successful project delivery. Required Skills 10+ years of SAP QA/Testing experience. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, and SD. Experience with Jira, ALM/qTest, or similar test management tools. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and defect lifecycle. Excellent communication and leadership skills. ISTQB or SAP Certification (required). Experience leading large SAP transformation or migration projects (required).

Lead SAP testing activities across multiple projects and develop test strategies, plans, and cases. Manage various testing types and coordinate with teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Candidates must have over 10 years of SAP QA/Testing experience and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and relevant modules. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and leadership skills are also required.
