Job Description: The Seniors’ Care Unit is a 26 bed, Acute Medicine Geriatric Unit at our Mississauga Hospital. We are recruiting an individual who is highly skilled, agile and adaptable with advanced critical thinking and interpersonal skills. As a member of the Geriatric Medicine Inter-professional team, you will work with a dedicated team of professionals including Nurse Practitioner, Geriatricians, and allied health professionals who provide patient-centred care to the frail older adult. The interprofessional team provides holistic, intensive, evidenced-based care with a focus on preventing deconditioning and improving cognitive and physical outcomes. This role will report to the Clinical Manager of Seniors' Services. If you have a passion for Geriatric medicine, we encourage you to apply.
