Our working days are Monday to Friday, Occasionally Saturday Participate in employee incentive programs RRSP matching program after 6 months Over time pay, we appreciate your hard work Paid lunch breaks What You'll Do Safely operate equipment including excavators, skid steers, wheel loaders and other landscape construction equipment. Complete grading, excavation, site preparation and material placement. Load, unload and transport soil, gravel, mulch and other landscaping materials. Assist with the installation of retaining walls, trees, shrubs, drainage systems and other landscape features. Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance. Read site plans and work with the Crew Leader to complete projects efficiently. Support crew members with general landscape construction tasks when equipment is not in use. Maintain a clean, organized and safe job site. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. What We're Looking For Previous experience operating construction or landscaping equipment. Experience operating excavators and skid steers is required. Valid Class 5 driver's licence Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Reliable, dependable and able to work as part of a team. Experience in landscape construction is considered an asset. Schedule Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Occasional overtime and weekend work during peak season. Trim Landscaping is an equal-opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace.
