Pay Details $27.00 per hour Schedule Monday - Friday or Sunday - Thursday Overtime opportunities after hours and on weekends Job Details Contract Position (6 months with the possibility of extension) Direct deposit paid bi-weekly Paid training Our facility offers a work/life balance Responsibilities Ability to read and follow the company and site-specific policies and procedures. Ability to operate railcar loading systems and equipment (Trackmobile operator and conductor). Must be able to pass CN & CP eRail safe background checks. Participation in safety training programs Professional interaction and collaboration with other BPL Team Members and customers Weigh scale operation (scaling in trucks in and out of facility). Communicating and verifying self-load transfers. Assist with maintenance, clean-up, and other duties as assigned Work safely, using proper and supplied PPE. Other duties as assigned by manager Qualifications Valid Driver's License or ID Basic computer skills. Administratively strong (Organized/effective communicator/detail oriented/problem solver) Ability and willingness to work outside in all weather conditions. Previous industrial experience preferred May work above shoulder level with power and /or hand tools weighing 15 pounds or less Must meet physical requirements of the position and have mobility, vision, hearing, and sense of smell and dexterity levels appropriate to the duties performed. May stand and walk on level and uneven surfaces, twist, bend, push, pull, crouch, climb stairs, bend and crawl, grasp, drag, lift and carry items weighing 50 lbs or less.
