C’est par ici : http://www.trio-tech.com/ En collaboration avec le Directeur de la création, le/la Coordonnateur(trice) à la scénographie aura comme principales responsabilités de: Coordonner et assurer un suivi des échéanciers et des budgets de scénographie pour chaque projet; Assurer la coordination et la clarté des communications avec des partenaires externes; Créer la documentation et les présentations pour communiquer la vision scénographique du projet aux équipes internes et aux intervenants externes; Gérer la documentation des éléments scénographiques des projets; Assurer une veille technologique afin de proposer des solutions à certains problèmes encourus durant les projets et des bonnes pratiques pour le département. Profil recherché: 2 à 4 ans d’expérience en coordination d’équipe dans le secteur du divertissement / arts de la scène; Connaissance de Microsoft Office, Sketchup et Canva Une connaissance d’Unreal Engine est un atout Excellentes habiletés de communication; Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (à l’oral et à l’écrit); Diplôme collégial en théâtre, multimédia, arts de la scène, design industriel ou tout autre domaine connexe (un atout); Connaissance des principes de fabrication, montage et assemblage (un atout); Connaissance des matériaux de fabrication (un atout); Connaissance de la terminologie et normes du bâtiment (un atout). To learn more about us, the many awards we’ve won, our products, and the millions of people who experience TRIOTECH attractions around the world every year, visit: http://www.trio-tech.com/ In collaboration with the Creative Director, the Scenography Coordinator will have the following main responsibilities: Coordinate and track scenography timelines and budgets for each project; Ensure coordination and clarity of communications with external partners; Create documentation and presentations to communicate the scenographic vision of the project to internal teams and external stakeholders; Manage the documentation of the scenographic elements of the projects; Ensure a technological watch to propose solutions to certain problems encountered during the projects and good practices for the department. Required profile: 2 to 4 years experience in team coordination in the entertainment / performing arts sector; Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Sketchup and Canva; Unreal Engine knowledge a plus Excellent communication skills; Fluency in French and English (Oral and written); College diploma in theater, multimedia, performing arts, industrial design or any related field (an asset); Knowledge of manufacturing and assembling principles (an asset); Knowledge of manufacturing materials (an asset); Knowledge of terminology and building standards (an asset).
