Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable Java-based applications and microservices Lead code reviews and enforce best practices in software development and architecture Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, and DevOps Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across the full stack Contribute to system architecture decisions and technical roadmap planning Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing across the engineering team Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives Requirements: 5+ years of professional experience in Java development Strong proficiency with Java frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring MVC, or Hibernate Experience with RESTful API design and microservices architecture Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes Proficiency with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems such as Git Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
