Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and platform enhancements Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub Perform platform upgrades, patching, and ongoing system maintenance Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow incidents, bugs, and performance issues Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions Requirements: 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide scripting within the ServiceNow platform Experience with ITSM, ITOM, or other ServiceNow modules Familiarity with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST/SOAP APIs ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) is an asset Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Requirements
