Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and platform enhancements Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub Perform platform upgrades, patch management, and ongoing system administration Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, defects, and performance issues within the ServiceNow environment Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs and test plans Requirements: Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with hands-on platform configuration and scripting Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or other ServiceNow modules is a strong asset Familiarity with REST/SOAP web services and third-party integrations ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in an Agile environment
