Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and platform enhancements Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub Perform platform upgrades, patching, and ongoing system administration tasks Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs and test plans Requirements: 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, or similar ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices Experience with REST/SOAP web services and third-party integrations Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
