In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for Sprinkler Project Estimating, involving both small and large contracts, as well as Project Management for all contracts sold.Responsibilities: Preparing quotes for building owners, contractors, and tenders opportunities Completing pre-qualification documents, reviewing drawings/specifications, developing proposals, and securing purchase orders/contracts Conducting site visits and liaising effectively with consultants, engineers, general contractors, site supervisors, and other trades Coordinating the preparation of drawings, material lists, safety plans, and field installation with site crews Coordination of design, material, labour, subcontractors, and change orders Effectively manage projects to successful and profitable completion Qualifications: Post Secondary Diploma in Fire Protection, Engineering, or related field of study 427A Sprinkler Fitter Certificate is ideal Minimum of 5 years experience in design, installation, sales, or project management in the fire protection industry Minimum of 5 years of experience quoting for large sprinkler construction projects Demonstrated organizational skills Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team Troy Life & Fire Safety Ltd. offers an excellent compensation package, including a comprehensive benefits program with paid sick time.
