Job summary

We’re supporting a project‑based organization seeking an experienced Senior Document Controller to manage project documentation across the full lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who’s detail‑oriented, process‑driven, and comfortable working independently in technical project environments. SENIOR DOCUMENT CONTROLLOR (Contract Term) - Remote This is a fully remote position starting with a 6 months contract. This role is in charge of executing efficient project information management, document control methods, procedures, and systems throughout all project phases. What you’ll do: Manage document control and information management for active projects Maintain document numbering, metadata, workflows, and distribution Ensure accurate handover, close‑out, and archiving of project records Liaise with contractors and project teams to enforce documentation standards Perform quality checks, audits, and reporting on document status Train and support users on document management tools and processes What you’ll bring: Diploma or Certificate in Computer Science, Office Management, Data and Records Management. 7+ years of experience in document control administration and information management. Must have experience in EPC, mining, oil & gas, maritime, or owner side. Software experiences: Sharepoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint or other EDMS systems. Good understanding and experience in multiple phases of project execution. Knowledge of the engineering and construction industry. Strong interpersonal skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.
