Location:- This role is hybrid, providing some flexibility to work from home. However, candidates must reside in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and be prepared to attend in-person meetings as required. Occasional travel to client sites or conferences may also be necessary. Key Responsibilities:- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and scopes to align with client goals and organizational objectives. Coordinate project tasks, schedules, and milestones to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. Track project progress, proactively identify risks, and address challenges. Prepare project documentation, including task lists, schedules, and status updates. Support the creation of clear project artifacts such as charters and SOWs. Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and transparency. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Proactively manage risks and resolve roadblocks. Monitor budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient use of resources. What You’ll Bring:- 2-4 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology agency, digital consultancy, or related environment. Experience managing digital or technology projects, including website development, UX/UI design, or e-commerce solutions. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Asana, or similar platforms. Residency in the Greater Toronto Area, with availability for in-person meetings as needed. Preferred Experience:- Experience in retail, finance, consumer packaged goods, or loyalty programs. Familiarity with enterprise platforms like Salesforce, Contentful, or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Experience working with teams across multiple time zones.
