This position reports to the Account Director with a dotted line to the Chief Revenue Officer. Position Overview:- We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage senior client relationships for digital transformation programs. This role is ideal for someone with experience delivering enterprise website implementations, digital experience platforms, CMS migrations, eCommerce solutions, and custom software projects. You will partner closely with clients, developers, UX designers, QA, strategists, and project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives. The ideal candidate understands technical concepts at a high level, proactively manages project risk, and builds trusted partnerships with enterprise clients. Location:- This role is hybrid, providing some flexibility to work from home. However, candidates must reside in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and be prepared to attend in-person meetings as required. Occasional travel to client sites or workshops may also be necessary. Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters. Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business goals and objectives to identify opportunities for growth and additional services. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet client needs. Manage account budgets, contracts, and invoicing, ensuring financial targets are met. Monitor and report on account performance metrics and client satisfaction. Address client concerns promptly and effectively, escalating issues as necessary. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide valuable insights to clients. Serve as a strategic advisor to clients on digital transformation, AI adoption, marketing technology, and customer acquisition initiatives. Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve campaign performance, operational efficiency, and business outcomes. Translate complex technical and marketing concepts into clear business recommendations for stakeholders and executive teams. Monitor campaign performance, attribution data, and business KPIs to identify growth opportunities and optimization recommendations. Facilitate quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and strategic planning sessions with clients. What You’ll Bring (Including Experience):- Proven experience in account management, client relations, or a similar role within the technology, digital, or e-commerce sector. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and internal teams. Demonstrated experience leading multi-channel programs with cross-functional delivery teams. Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail. A results-driven mindset, with a focus on delivering value and exceeding client expectations. Proficiency in CRM software and other account management tools. A solid understanding of digital platforms, e-commerce solutions, and the technology landscape. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
