Job Description We are looking for great people to come join our Team! Truck Zone has an opportunity for a highly motivated B620 Inspector/Welder to join our team. Our new Team member would be performing skilled tasks in production welding, service & repair welding, prototype building, and fitter welding. They would fabricate custom prototypes from supplied drawings, fabricate custom jigs and fixtures to produce production parts that meet customer specifications, as well as fabricate metal structures using jigs and fixtures in a high paced production environment. The ideal candidate is someone who has strong knowledge and skill in operating all metalworking machinery, is committed to safety, excellence, teamwork, providing solutions and adaptability. Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. Able to work well under pressure. Strong attention to detail. Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times. Supportive of safe working conditions and adheres to occupational health and safety regulations Physical Requirements Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. and be able to maintain different positions/apply repetitive actions (squatting, kneeling, standing, sitting, pushing/pulling, etc.) as needed throughout the day.
