AZ Driver (On-Call) – Mississauga, ON Position Type: Could lead to full-time hours Rate of Pay: $29.14 per hour About The Company Our client is an industry leader providing seamless North American less-than-truckload (LTL) time-sensitive transportation services. With a focus on reliability and efficiency, they are currently looking for professional AZ Drivers to join their team at the Mississauga terminal. The Role We are looking for three (3) AZ Drivers to join our team on an on-call basis. These positions are perfect for professional drivers who value a consistent pay rate while operating within a dynamic, day-to-day dispatch environment. Schedule: Monday to Friday (On-Call / Day-to-Day Call). Start Times: Usually between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Dispatch Protocol: You will receive an email or phone call regarding your shift start time before 8:00 AM for the same-day run. Requirements Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of AZ driving experience. Licensing: Valid AZ License with a clean CVOR and Abstract. Transmission: Experience and endorsements for both Manual and Automatic transmissions (our fleet is mixed). Reliability: Ability to be available on-call and respond to dispatch notifications promptly. Position Highlights No Hand-Bombing: This is a strictly driving-focused role with no manual loading or unloading required. Modern Fleet: Access to a well-maintained, mixed fleet of vehicles.
