Glaziers, Window Installers & Installation Labourers *True Blue Glass / Eleven 38 Contracting* is currently hiring *full-time Glaziers, Window Installers, Installation Labourers, and experienced Supervisors* to join our growing team. We are looking for applicants ranging from individuals with *limited experience who are mechanically inclined and eager to learn*, to highly experienced glaziers and installers capable of working independently or supervising an installation crew. Positions Available * Installation Labourers / Helpers * Junior Window & Glass Installers * Experienced Glaziers / Window Installers * Lead Installers / Supervisors Responsibilities Depending on experience, responsibilities may include: * Removal and installation of residential and commercial windows * Glass and glazing installation * Measuring openings accurately and confirming dimensions prior to installation * Reading a tape measure accurately, including fractions * Performing mathematical calculations involving measurements and fractions * Reading and understanding drawings, specifications, and installation requirements * Handling glass, windows, tools, and construction materials safely * Preparing openings and installation areas * Caulking, sealing, finishing, and completing installation details * Using hand and power tools safely and effectively * Working at heights and following required fall-protection procedures * Maintaining a clean and safe work area * Communicating effectively with supervisors, coworkers, contractors, and customers * Experienced candidates may be responsible for supervising crews, coordinating installations, problem-solving on site, and ensuring work meets company standards Requirements Applicants must: * Be able to *speak, read, understand, and communicate effectively in English* for workplace instructions, measurements, safety requirements, and customer communication * Have strong mathematical aptitude and be comfortable performing calculations involving *fractions and construction measurements* * Be able to accurately read a tape measure * Be physically capable of lifting and handling windows, glass, tools, and construction materials * Be prepared for physically demanding work throughout the workday * Be comfortable working on ladders and at heights when required * Be willing and available to work *full-time* * Be dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team * Have strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities * Be willing to learn and follow established installation and safety procedures Experience *Previous glazing or window installation experience is an asset but is not required for all positions.* We are willing to train applicants who demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, mathematical ability, reliability, physical capability, and a genuine willingness to learn the trade. Experienced glaziers, window installers, and supervisors are strongly encouraged to apply. *Position and compensation will be based on demonstrated experience and ability.* What We Are Looking For We are looking for people who take pride in their work and understand that quality installation requires accuracy, physical effort, attention to detail, and teamwork. This is a *full-time position* with opportunities for individuals who want to develop their skills and advance into installer, lead-hand, and supervisory roles.
