The following abilities are a must: Red Seal Certification, Plumbing Full understanding of drawings and specifications for Mechanical, Architectural, Structural with the ability to coordinate with other disciplines Proficient in take-off/site design and material management Understanding of sub trade’s scope/scheduling/interference Ability to manage, mentor and supervise 1st/2nd/3rd/4th year apprentices Communicate with colleagues, trades, and sub-trades in a professional manor if/when required Follow written and verbal instructions as required Contribute to site/company culture by completing job duties with a positive attitude

Design and install commercial, institutional, and residential plumbing systems across various developments. Manage and mentor apprentices while coordinating with other trades to ensure project specifications are met.

Must possess a Red Seal Certification in Plumbing and have a full understanding of mechanical, architectural, and structural drawings. Requires the ability to manage materials and supervise junior apprentices in a professional manner.
