The role involves providing full-time lawn care services to clients, focusing on delivering exceptional service quality to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Technicians are expected to be punctual and actively participate as part of the branch team to meet service goals.

Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada, be at least 18 years old, and possess a minimum of two years of driving experience with a valid, clean permanent G driver's license. Applicants must also live within commuting distance of the Oshawa branch and pass a criminal background check.
