Job summary

Truline Truss is looking for a reliable and motivated Part-Time Production Assembler to join our award-winning team in Creston, BC. As part of our production team, you will assist in the assembly of roof trusses, floor trusses, and engineered wood products while contributing to a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Assemble roof trusses, floor trusses, and engineered wood products according to company procedures. * Set up workstations and follow instructions from the Team Leader. * Inspect materials and completed work to ensure quality standards are met. * Safely operate hand tools and production equipment. * Maintain a clean and organized work area following company safety standards. * Work collaboratively with the production team and perform other duties as assigned. KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * Previous production, manufacturing, construction, or labour experience is an asset. * Knowledge of building materials is an asset. * Ability to use a hammer and read a tape measure accurately. * Ability to read and understand work orders. * Good verbal and written English communication skills. * Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to workplace safety.
