Position Summary: The Marketing Campaigns Co-op will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Campaigns and Events teams across demand generation, campaign operations, and sales enablement initiatives. This role involves campaign and event support, intent and engagement data analysis, email and content program development, and the use of AI tools to improve outreach, reporting, and marketing effectiveness. This will be an 8-month, fixed position working out of our Mount Pleasant office in Vancouver, following a hybrid work model with three in-office days per week. What You’ll Be Doing: Supporting the Marketing Campaigns and Events teams with day-to-day execution and coordination Providing marketing campaign support, including intent data and signal analysis to identify engagement opportunities Assisting with events and webinars, including messaging, multi-touch outreach, and follow-up communications Managing digital resource distribution and tracking performance Helping track engagement, including lead scoring and marketing funnel triggers Contributing to data health improvements, including intake flow, lead routing, and sales follow-up Assist the operations team in identifying buyer personas, matching target accounts, and enriching data Leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement while ensuring the responsible, secure, and compliant use of AI tools Using AI tools to data enrichment, email outreach, content drafting, and the summarization of campaign insights and reporting Supporting reporting and alignment with marketing KPIs, and publishing insights for the broader teams Supporting sales enablement efforts with account analysis, content and resources Assisting with the redesign and launch of nurture programs Launching and supporting advertising and paid media campaigns What You’ll Bring: Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Data Analytics, with an official co-op designation Experience: No prior professional experience required; previous internship, co-op, or project experience in marketing, media, or content creation is an asset Skills: Strong research and analytical ability, good knowledge of media and content trends. Experience querying data, creating content; excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to draft email copy, internal reports, and performance insights; highly organized, detail-oriented, and naturally curious about digital engagement, data management, and AI tools Technology: Familiarity with, or eagerness to learn, tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics AI Aptitude: Comfortable using AI tools to support research, content creation, and data transformation, with genuine interest in applying AI responsibly and effectively within marketing workflows Nice to Have: Prior exposure to website management, marketing analytics, or communication creation for customers Involvement in marketing-related coursework, personal or class projects involving content creation, social media, workflow improvements with AI, or data research and analysis projects Thriving at Trulioo At Trulioo, you’re not just an employee.
