Expected Duration: 6+ months, possible extension based on business needs(CTH) Job Type: Hybrid Pay Range: $70.00/hr.- $78.00/hr. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Architect (C12) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial risk platforms, distributed systems, and cloud-native solution design and a proven ability to deliver end-to-end scalable solutions, proofs of concept, and architecture artifacts for enterprise risk and regulatory needs. Responsibilities: Create solution architecture artifacts aligned to principles, methodologies, and best practices for resilient and scalable cloud solutions. Lead design sessions with engineers and stakeholders to define target-state architectures. Conduct proofs of concept and proofs of analysis with a fail-fast approach to validate solution options. Design common business capabilities in the ERM ecosystem to streamline the technology footprint and improve time to market. Propose and develop solutions for risk calculations, trade analytics, compliance, and regulatory reporting. Required Skills & Qualifications: 10 to 15+ years of relevant software development experience. 3 to 4 years of experience as a Solutions Architect. Expertise in domain-driven design, APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native principles. Proficiency in Java and Python; familiarity with JavaScript is beneficial. Experience with messaging and data streaming technologies such as Kafka and MQ. Knowledge of caching, RDBMS, and NoSQL databases. Hands-on background with Spring Boot and modern application frameworks. Understanding of well-architected frameworks, software architecture patterns, and data integration solutions. Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Preferred Skills: Background with financial instruments, market risk, and large-scale distributed computing. Experience in banking, financial services, or payments environments. Candidates should have 10 to 15+ years of software development experience and 3 to 4 years as a Solutions Architect. Expertise in cloud-native principles, APIs, and microservices is essential, along with proficiency in Java and Python.
