Job Description We are seeking an IMA Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Capital Markets transformation and Market Risk with proven ability to deliver Internal Models Approach (IMA) programs and influence senior stakeholders. Responsibilities: Lead the restarted IMA program, ensuring timely execution of deliverables across all workstreams. Drive transformation and change management for Capital Markets initiatives addressing regulatory, audit, risk, and control matters. Engage senior leaders and build collaborative relationships across front-to-back stakeholders including Trading, Risk, Finance, Operations, Technology, and Product Control. Manage multiple stakeholders to derive clear business requirements and partner with Technology to translate them into technical requirements. Coordinate internal and external dependencies across related initiatives and workstreams. Identify challenges and proactively resolve or escalate risks and issues in a timely and well-articulated manner. Produce accurate project updates, dashboards, and materials tailored to committees and forums. Foster a joined-up approach to support program execution and target-state design. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven delivery of IMA components such as ES, NMRF, RFET, and PLAT. Strong Market Risk background with familiarity in HVaR model management and regulatory capital. Experience with FRTB and front office regulatory initiatives, derivatives trading, and risk and P&L flows. Track record in strategic project management delivering complex, cross-functional solutions. Significant Capital Markets transformation experience with ability to drive change across a global organization. Excellent oral and written communication, with authority to brief senior stakeholders and provide insightful commentary. Strong analytical, problem solving, performance tracking, and reporting skills. Minimum 10–15 years of relevant industry experience. Preferred Skills: Experience delivering Markets, Risk, and Regulatory programs. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Master’s degree preferred. Project management certifications such as PMP or equivalent. Working knowledge of JIRA and Agile frameworks.

Requirements
