We are seeking a Product Owner to lead the development and enhancement of a new Loss Forecast Platform supporting CCAR and internal loss forecast processes across Retail and Wealth Risk. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in retail credit risk, regulatory stress testing, and agile product management and a proven ability to define vision and roadmap, translate requirements, and deliver compliant, scalable platforms. Responsibilities: Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Loss Forecast Platform aligned to business objectives and regulatory needs. Conduct market research and competitive analysis and synthesize stakeholder feedback to inform decisions. Translate strategy into detailed product requirements and user stories to drive efficiency. Serve as primary liaison among risk management, finance, technology, and other partners to capture and prioritize requirements for CCAR and retail loss forecasting capabilities. Create and manage a well-groomed backlog with clear, estimated, and value-prioritized stories. Facilitate workshops to elicit detailed requirements and resolve ambiguities. Partner with agile delivery teams through the lifecycle from concept to deployment and optimization. Provide day-to-day guidance during sprints and participate in sprint ceremonies. Oversee user acceptance testing to confirm requirements and quality standards. Ensure alignment with CCAR, DFAST, CECL, and model risk management expectations, including SR 11-7. Drive design for robust data governance, auditability, and regulatory submissions. Collaborate with model development and validation teams to integrate loss forecasting models. Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership and stakeholders and manage scope trade-offs. Monitor performance, user feedback, and regulatory changes to drive continuous improvement using analytics. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative field. Master's degree or MBA preferred. 10+ years in product management, business analysis, or similar roles in financial services with focus on retail risk. 5+ years with CCAR, DFAST, or similar regulatory stress testing and loss forecasting processes. Proven delivery of complex technology platforms in an agile environment. Strong understanding of retail credit products and risk drivers, including credit cards and mortgages. Knowledge of PD, LGD, EAD concepts and data-to-model-to-consumption flows. Working knowledge of Python, SQL, UI/UX concepts, and platforms used in regulatory processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus across teams. Preferred Skills: Experience integrating advanced risk or forecasting models into platforms. Background in Wealth Risk alongside Retail Risk. Hands-on exposure to AI-assisted product or analytics tools. Certified Scrum Product Owner or equivalent agile certification.
