Job Description We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in leading complex software development, infrastructure, and systems integration initiatives and a proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget while aligning technical teams and business stakeholders. Responsibilities: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders. Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resources, budgets, and risk strategies. Lead day-to-day execution to meet milestones and quality standards. Motivate and direct cross-functional engineering and development teams. Serve as primary contact for project communications and stakeholder expectations. Facilitate kick-offs, stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Translate technical concepts into concise updates for technical and non-technical audiences. Maintain understanding of architecture, dependencies, and technical challenges. Identify and remove roadblocks with technical leads and mitigate risks proactively. Track performance on scope, schedule, and budget and manage change control. Conduct post-project evaluations and capture lessons learned. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. 5–10 years of technical project management experience in software or infrastructure. Strong knowledge of SDLC and methodologies including Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall. Proven delivery across scope, schedule, budget, and risk from initiation to closure. Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar tools. Effective leadership, negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Skills: PMP, CSM, or related project management certifications. Experience delivering in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Prior hands-on software development or engineering experience. Background in financial services or banking. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
