The Soldermask Supervisor is responsible for leading production employees and overseeing daily manufacturing activities to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals. This role involves managing shift operations, coordinating with planning teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Final Inspection Supervisor

The supervisor will lead afternoon shift inspection operations while maintaining oversight of the night shift team to ensure quality standards and on-time delivery. They are responsible for performance management, staff training, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality procedures.

Production Control

On-site · Toronto

The Production Control Clerk manages the release of jobs to the production floor based on CRP and material shortage reports. They are also responsible for maintaining work orders, replacing travelers, and performing general clerical support for production.

Final Inspection

On-site · Toronto

The Final Inspector is responsible for visually inspecting printed circuit boards for flaws using magnification equipment and backlighting. They must segregate defective boards, perform minor repairs, and maintain accurate production logs and reports.
