The Role We're looking for a high-performance Growth Manager to own and scale our paid acquisition and affiliate strategy across all channels. This is a hands-on role; you’ll be in the weeds creating and building campaigns, running reports and doing the research. You'll be responsible for profitably growing revenue through paid media, affiliate marketing and other emerging channels. You'll work closely with creative and brand teams to build the programs that fuel Tuft & Paw's next phase of growth. What You'll Own Performance Marketing - DTC Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, Amazon and Connected TV (CTV) Oversee creative testing frameworks in partnership with the brand team. Iterate quickly based on performance signals Own channel-level budgets, pacing, and performance targets, including CAC, ROAS, and LTV-to-CAC ratios Drive continuous testing across audiences, creatives, and landing pages Affiliate & Marketplace Manage and grow marketplace advertising programs for Amazon and Chewy Own retail media strategy for Uber Eats and Instacart, including sponsored product campaigns, promotions, and incrementality analysis Manage our existing affiliate program and identify and onboard new affiliate and partnership opportunities that extend reach and drive incremental sales Analytics & Reporting Maintain rigorous reporting on all growth channels. Weekly performance dashboards, monthly deep-dives, and ad-hoc analysis Develop and own a test-and-learn roadmap with clear hypotheses, measurement plans, and documented learnings Translate data into clear recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams What We're Looking For Required 4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with direct ownership of paid media campaigns Proven experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, and Connected TV; not just familiarity, but fluency Deep ecommerce background, ideally in a DTC-first or omnichannel brand context. Experience with Shopify a plus Experience advertising on Amazon Strong command of growth metrics: LTV, CAC, AOV, payback period, ROAS, contribution margin Familiarity with MMM (media mix modelling), incrementality testing, or multi-touch attribution tools Experience managing total performance budgets of $250K/month or greater Strong analytical skills — comfortable in spreadsheets and dashboards Nice to Have Background in CPG brands, particularly in a high-frequency consumables category (e.g. litter, food, supplements) Direct experience in the pet industry — you understand the category, the consumer, and what drives purchase decisions Experience with subscription or auto-replenish models and the metrics that govern them Hands-on experience with retail media platforms (Instacart Ads, Uber Eats Ads, or similar) Comfort working inside a data warehouse environment (e.g. BigQuery, Looker, or similar) Experience at a startup or scale-up where you've had to build programs from scratch What We Offer Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Fully remote role based in Canada Meaningful ownership and direct impact on company strategy A lean, high-trust team that moves fast
