We are looking for reliable Part-Time Cleaning & Guest Services Associates to help maintain our stores and provide friendly customer support. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Keep the laundromat clean, safe, and well-maintained * Sweep and mop floors and clean doors, windows, and machines * Empty lint trays and clean soap trays and machine doors * Clean and restock bathrooms * Empty inside and outside garbage and assist with snow removal when needed * Assist customers with basic machine questions * Report customer complaints, refund requests, and out-of-service machines * Help maintain a friendly, welcoming, five-star customer experience WHAT WE OFFER * Flexible scheduling, Monday–Sunday * Part-time hours * All cleaning supplies provided * Supportive, community-focused work environment * A rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on our customers' experience Pay Range: $15-$20/ hr
