Le département détient plusieurs contrats stimulants et poursuit son expansion stratégique. L'équipe collabore à des projets multidisciplinaires (internes et externes) ainsi qu'à des mandats d'envergure. Milieu dynamique, avec accent sur le développement de carrière (formations variées selon les intérêts de chacun). Rôle Supporter le directeur adjoint en infrastructures municipales dans l'implantation de méthodes et procédures selon les normes corporatives Gérer les ressources humaines, financières et matérielles du département Participer au développement des affaires du département Agir à titre de chargé(e) de projets pour plusieurs projets Participer à la conception et réalisation (plans et devis) de projets municipaux, institutionnels, transports et industriels Assurer la satisfaction client : livrables, budgets, échéanciers Exigences Baccalauréat en génie civil Membre en règle de l'OIQ Minimum 15 ans d'expérience pertinente, incluant : 5 ans en gestion de projets d'envergure (infrastructures urbaines) 3 ans en gestion/coordination d'équipes techniques Français oral et écrit Expérience en mandats d'envergure, mode de réalisation alternatif (design-build, PPP, etc.) Team Lead – Municipal Infrastructure Location: Montréal, Quebec (Hybrid) Duration: Full-time Context The Urban Engineering / Municipal Infrastructure division is seeking a Team Lead for its Montréal office to support growth. Department manages varied projects, collaborates on multidisciplinary internal/external work and large-scale assignments. Dynamic team, strong focus on career development. Role Support the Assistant Director in implementing methods/procedures per corporate standards Manage department's HR, financial, and material resources Contribute to business development Act as Project Manager on multiple projects Participate in design/delivery (plans & specs) of municipal, institutional, transportation, industrial projects Ensure client satisfaction: deliverables, budgets, schedules Requirements Bachelor's in Civil Engineering Member in good standing, OIQ 15+ years relevant experience: 5+ years managing large-scale urban infrastructure projects 3+ years leading/coordinating technical teams Fluent French (oral & written) Track record on large-scale projects, alternative delivery methods (Design-Build, PPP, etc.)
