The Role: As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering a best-in-class Direct Source Candidate Experience program for a Global 500 client. You’ll support strategic recruiting initiatives, ensuring candidates receive a smooth, engaging, and consistent experience throughout their journey.Become an expert in the client’s culture, values, and strategic initiatives to align hiring efforts accordingly. Execute and support candidate experience strategies that reflect the client’s goals and values. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Monitor and track candidate assessments to ensure timely feedback and a seamless process. Manage redeployment efforts by identifying top talent nearing contract completion and ensuring continued engagement. Develop high-quality shortlists from large applicant pools while prioritizing talent retention and redeployment. Grow client referral relationships and maintain overall candidate pool health. Support data tracking and reporting on candidate experience metrics to drive continuous improvement. Partner closely with the delivery team to enable flawless execution across all candidate touchpoints. conduct applicant testing for potential candidates Who You Are You have completed post-secondary education or have at least 1 year of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles. You have strong written and verbal communication skills and enjoy building relationships. You’re detail-oriented and take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work. You stay organized, manage your time well, and can handle competing priorities. You’re comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. You have at least one year of coordination experience including calendar management You have some experience with skillset testing The salary range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $40,000 - $45,000.
