Role Overview: Turing is looking for Investment Banking professionals to work with our researchers to improve the performance of AI models. You will apply your expertise in M&A advisory, capital raising, financial modeling, and deal structuring to evaluate and train AI systems. What Does Day-to-Day Look Like: Evaluate LLM models on investment banking topics such as M&A deal analysis, LBO modeling, accretion/dilution analysis, and pitch book creation. Create rubrics to assess model capabilities on tasks like deal structuring, valuation (DCF, precedent transactions, comps), and due diligence assessments. Collaborate with AI researchers and fellow finance experts to shape training methods, evaluation strategies, and benchmarks. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in Investment Banking (e.g., M&A advisory, ECM, DCM, leveraged finance, or restructuring). Strong grasp of financial modelling, deal structuring, valuation methodologies, and corporate finance principles. Excellent English written communication.
