Job Description Key Responsibilities Maintain document control processes in line with project standards. Manage project documentation within Procore and other EDMS platforms. Upload, distribute, track, and archive project documents. Ensure drawings, RFIs, submittals, and specifications are current and version-controlled. Monitor document revisions, approvals, and transmittals. Maintain accurate project reporting, progress data, and document trackers. Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and compliance. Act as the Procore/EDMS superuser, providing system support and guidance. Collaborate with engineering, construction, quality, safety, and project teams. Support audits and regulatory reviews through proper document traceability. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of project records. Assist with document retrieval and occasional site visits as required. Qualifications Required Qualifications & Experience 2–3 years of experience in a document control role, preferably within pipeline, construction, or industrial projects Intermediate hands-on experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) Procore experience is preferred (intermediate level or higher) Strong understanding of document numbering, revision control, and approval workflows Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail Ability to manage high document volumes in a fast-paced project environment Preferred Qualifications Experience on natural gas, oil & gas, or pipeline projects Familiarity with Alberta-based construction or regulatory documentation standards Exposure to engineering and construction drawings (IFC, shop drawings, as-builts) Procore, SharePoint, or other EDMS experience is an asset Additional Information This posting reflects an existing vacancy that we are actively hiring for. Requirements
Candidates must have 2-3 years of experience in a document control role, preferably within the construction or industrial sectors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hands-on experience with Electronic Document Management Systems like Procore is required.
