You are an expert MAC Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience looking for the next step or are currently undertaking a similar role in a similar environment Job Description MAC Project Manager - Deliverable Role/Responsibilities: Plan and deliver all MAC activities within an assigned portfolio Process large furniture reconfigurations, large AV and large\project move requests Ensure data accuracy within move management and OP systems Provide updated floor plans to OP to maintain occupancy information Ensure compliance with all key performance indicators Proactively manage project-related issues on account or assignment. Coordinate and participate in planning meetings with the client, Occupancy Planning and other key stakeholders, Facility Manager, Project Manager and Construction Manager; as required Prepare/update project status reports, review invoices and ensure timely payment, update tracking reports and maintain files for due diligence and financials. Prepare various RFP’s & level for vendor and contractor services for the complete project. Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost effective manner Incorporation of “best practices” into all projects Ensure MAC processes are managed in accordance with the client’s and T&T’s policies and procedures Manage supporting suppliers (technology, telephony, furniture, etc.) Evaluate vendors to ensure compliance with the standards of performance Ensure all project initiation, execution and closeout documentation are complete Directly responsible for enhancing and maintaining existing client relationships and by developing new relationships. Functions as a subject matter expert for a specific product or service. Able to communicate all available products and service offerings of the Firm. Comply with all T&T policies and procedures, including but not limited to time & expenses, ethics and business practice Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in assisting or supervising construction Commercial or retail fit out experience is required A recognized university degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Architecture or a relevant subject PMP certification is highly desirable Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Project or P6. Strong with numbers, technology, and web-based data platforms. Requirements
