We're actively seeking skilled Scheduling & Planning Professionals with expertise in integrated project controls, scheduling, and project delivery. Job Description Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), activity lists, and detailed project schedules aligned with project scope, objectives, contractual requirements, and key milestones. Establish and maintain Earned Value Management (EVM) frameworks, including Rules of Credit for all project phases. Monitor project progress, analyze schedule performance, identify risks and delays, and recommend corrective actions to maintain project objectives. Collaborate with project managers, project teams, clients, contractors, and suppliers to develop baseline schedules, allocate resources, and manage project dependencies. Ensure project schedules comply with scheduling standards, quality requirements, and contractual obligations. Facilitate schedule updates through regular stakeholder meetings and site visits, providing look-ahead schedules and progress reports. Support procurement and bidding activities by developing bid schedules and evaluating contractor schedule submissions. Assist with schedule and cost risk analysis, including Monte Carlo simulations, QSRA, QCRA, delay analysis, and Extension of Time (EoT) assessments. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; PMP certification and professional memberships are considered assets Minimum 8+ years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and project management Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC), and Microsoft Project. Extensive scheduling experience on major capital projects across all phases, including Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
