Chief Financial Officer Responsibilities • Lead all aspects of finance, including reporting, FP&A, and KPI management • Partner with ownership and executive leadership to drive strategic growth, profitability, and overall business performance • Drive operational and financial improvements across multi-site manufacturing operations • Provide strategic guidance on growth, profitability, capital allocation, and operational initiatives • Oversee cash flow management, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization initiatives • Manage banking, lender, and external financial relationships, ensuring compliance and timely, accurate reporting • Partner cross-functionally to improve pricing strategy, margins, cost structure, and operational efficiency • Oversee manufacturing finance functions, including cost accounting, inventory control, and capital expenditures • Support acquisitions, integration activities, capital investments, and strategic growth initiatives as needed • Build and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team Chief Financial Officer Qualifications • Prior CFO experience at a PE-backed manufacturing company required • Proven track record of driving growth, profitability, and value creation required • Strong ERP systems experience required • Strong understanding of cost accounting and manufacturing finance required

Lead all finance functions including reporting, FP&A, and KPI management for a multi-site manufacturing business. Partner with executive leadership to drive strategic growth, profitability, and operational efficiency across the organization.

Requires prior CFO experience within a PE-backed manufacturing environment with a proven track record of value creation. Must possess strong ERP systems expertise and a deep understanding of cost accounting and manufacturing finance.
