For the Edmundston Pulp Mill, we are currently seeking a: Supervisor Production (Fuel Yard)). Challenges: * Promote and ensure a safe work environment with employee's participation * Plan, prioritize, coordinate, supervise, and review the activities in assigned areas * Fuel Yard / Chipping / Ground Wood * Control operational activities while respecting environmental targets * Ensures that unloading of Biomass and Chips are done in a safe and efficient manor * Coordinate and organize priorities effectively * Continually assess operational parameters with target KPI intervals * Work with operation employees to optimize costs, maintain desired quality * Ensure operation stability * Training and development of team members Profile: * Committed to top performance in a safe work environment * Demonstrated ability to lead a team * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Able to organize and prioritize * Autonomy and teamwork orientation * Ability to adapt to unforeseen situations and a good ability to work under pressures Requirements: * Degree / Trade: Preferably in technical, mechanical, or forestry discipline * 5 years plus of supervisory experience in production or manufacturing environment * Any other combination of training and relevant experience may be considered * Bilingualism is an asset (French and English)

Requirements
Requires over 5 years of supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment. A degree or trade certification in a technical, mechanical, or forestry discipline is preferred, and bilingualism is considered an asset.
