What We Offer Full-time salary Sales goal incentives Career advancement opportunities Job Responsibilities Responsible for growing sales by partnering with the franchise owner and providing outstanding customer service to all TWO MEN AND A TRUCK customers through in-depth knowledge of company products and services. Acts as the first point of contact for new and existing customers to establish a rapport and build confidence in TWO MEN AND A TRUCK services. Educates customer on terminology, policies and procedures, anticipated delays and any additional information needed to increase customer satisfaction and improve profitability. Prepares all daily move-related paperwork and documents, including strong computer skills. Obtains customer feedback through regular follow-up calls, both during and after moves to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction. Developing new marketing-sales initiatives with the franchise owner to increase brand awareness in the community. Participate in various marketing-sales activities including networking, direct mail and charitable move coordination. Job Qualifications A minimum of six months to one year of customer sales and/or customer service experience is required. High school diploma or general education degree is required. Strong team player working productively with a range of effective selling and technical strategies. Excellent customer service skills and effective listening and communication skills. Requirements

Applicants must have at least six months to one year of customer sales and/or customer service experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. The role also requires strong teamwork, effective selling and technical strategies, excellent customer service, listening, communication, and computer skills.
