Effectively support the overall objectives of the store including providing an exceptional level of customer service Assist with sales initiatives and develop strategies to increase retail sales Assist Store Manager in developing and motivating team members to help them reach their personal and career growth goals Support the Store Manager in managing the assets of the store including participating in regular inventories and keeping the store stocked and tidy. Qualifications To join our team, you need: Strong aptitude for people management, communication and organization Vehicle parts knowledge (asset) Bilingualism in French and English as you will be working fluently with internal customers across Canada. Support overall store objectives by providing exceptional customer service and driving retail sales through strategic initiatives. Assist the Store Manager in motivating team members and managing store assets, including inventory and stock maintenance.

Candidates must possess strong people management, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in both French and English is required for internal communication, and knowledge of vehicle parts is considered an asset.
