Salary Range: $92,500 – $115,600 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the organizational efficiency of stores in terms of compliance with NAPA's customer service standards, achieving financial goals, and supporting the district's sales development efforts.You will work in collaboration with store managers to ensure that operational improvement priorities are addressed. Your main responsibilities: Lead and support store managers and teams across multiple locations within the district Drive district sales and profitability by monitoring performance metrics and implementing action plans Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures Analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to optimize district performance Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, finance, HR) to ensure seamless operations and customer experience Identify and implement process improvement initiatives and cost-saving strategies Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, merchandise presentation, and customer experience Prepare detailed operational reports for senior management and recommend solutions for operational challenges Qualifications To join our team, you need, among other things: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in management, with at least 2 years in multi-unit or district management Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and motivating teams Excellent analytical abilities and experience managing budgets and operational KPIs Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to travel regularly within the district Additional Information UAP is a diverse community that promotes inclusion and respect.
