Job Description Contract position until July 2027** We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People and Culture team, based at our head office in East Montreal. As part of a dynamic team of five colleagues specializing in talent acquisition, you will play an active role in identifying and recruiting top talent for a variety of positions. While recruitment will take up a significant portion of your time, you will also have the opportunity to participate in various projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition, aligned with our People and Culture strategic plan and your professional interests. Requirements First and foremost, we are seeking someone who is truly passionate about recruitment and connecting with people! You should have at least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition and a proven ability to build and nurture strong relationships. These skills will enable you to identify, attract, and engage in a thriving talent community to meet both our current and future needs. Fluency in both English and French is essential, as you will regularly collaborate with colleagues across Canada. Your proactive mindset and creativity will be key in developing innovative strategies to find and secure the exceptional talent we’re looking for!
