Improve search performance and reliability, set technical direction across teams, and strengthen engineering quality through collaboration, reviews, mentorship, and operational practices.

Improve service reliability and performance, collaborate across engineering and product disciplines, and use experimentation and customer metrics to guide improvements.

Prospect and sign local and regional grocery and retail merchants, managing a sales pipeline through high-volume cold calls, email outreach, and in-person meetings. Negotiate sustainable partnership agreements, represent Uber Eats, and collaborate with Account Management to support onboarding and develop sales best practices.
