Make your mark for patients We are looking for a curious, collaborative, and solutions-oriented Business Excellence Intern to join our Business Excellence team. This is a 12 -month hybrid position based in our Oakville, Ontario office. About the role You will support the Business Excellence Hub on cross-functional processes, projects, and initiatives designed to improve efficiency and create capacity across the organization. You will also help reinforce compliance with organizational policies and guidelines while gaining practical experience in reporting, process improvement, digital solutions, and project coordination. Who you’ll work with You will work with Business Excellence colleagues and cross-functional partners across the organization. This collaborative environment will provide opportunities to contribute to strategic initiatives, build business capabilities, and develop practical experience in a dynamic pharmaceutical setting. What you’ll do Develop and maintain customer relationship management reports and dashboards. Monitor healthcare professional and healthcare organization engagement activities. Deliver data-driven insights and support ad hoc business analysis. Document processes and help develop a coordinator playbook. Create presentations and status reports for strategic initiatives. Gather requirements and map digital and process enhancements. Interested? For this role, we’re looking for the following Minimum requirements Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Analytics, Operations, or a related field; Master’s degree considered an asset. 1-2 years of relevant work, internship, or co-op experience; pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience is considered an asset. Preferred requirements Project management studies or certification. Previous pharmaceutical, internship, or cooperative education experience. Lean Six Sigma certification or related process-improvement training. Pursuing continuing studies or certification relevant to the position. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams. Solutions-oriented mindset suited to a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Commitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative workplace Bilingual proficiency in English and French. This positions reasonably anticipated base contracted range is $45,000 - $55,000 annually. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
