The Archaeological Field Technician supports cultural resource management projects by conducting Phase I archaeological surveys, shovel testing, and artifact recovery. They are also responsible for documenting field findings, maintaining equipment, and performing laboratory tasks such as cleaning and cataloging artifacts.
On-site · Houston
The intern will participate in Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, including site inspections, data collection, and sample analysis. They will also develop reporting skills and complete a specialized capstone project related to environmental compliance.
