The supervisor is responsible for hiring, training, and coordinating the activities of staff while managing sales reports and inventory. They also handle customer complaints, authorize payments, and ensure smooth daily retail operations.

Candidates must have a high school graduation certificate and between one to two years of relevant experience. Proficiency with Point of Sale systems and the ability to work evening and night shifts are required.
