Read work instructions, assess customer alteration needs, take measurements, and mark garments. Perform uniform sewing and alterations—including hemming, tapering, repairs, zipper replacement, and applying patches or name strips—while meeting production, quality, and safety standards.

Assist walk-in customers and provide phone and email support, including product recommendations, order placement, order updates, and basic invoice, credit, and return requests. Maintain accurate order records, resolve customer concerns and order errors, verify eligibility for restricted items, and support sales and shipping/receiving activities.
