We are seeking a driven Industrial Sales Representative to grow our presence in the food and beverage sector. The Territory You’ll Own You’ll sell into food and beverage processing plants across Quebec — bakeries, meat and poultry processors, dairy, beverage bottling, snack and prepared-foods manufacturers. These are demanding environments where downtime is expensive and hygiene standards are non-negotiable, and you’ll become the person plant managers and maintenance teams call when a line is at risk. Product families you’ll represent: sanitary and modular plastic belting, stainless and engineered chain, washdown-rated components, sprockets, and wear parts built for food-contact and high-sanitation applications. Your Responsibilities Sales Development Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business within the food and beverage segment. Build a robust pipeline through existing customers, prospecting, cold calling, and networking. Present tailored products and value-driven solutions to potential clients. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Client Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Conduct on-site plant visits to understand client operations, line layouts, and opportunities. Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, troubleshooting, and follow-ups. Product Expertise Maintain in-depth knowledge of Uniking’s product offerings and their applications in food-processing environments. Stay current on industry trends, sanitation and food-safety requirements, competitor products, and emerging market opportunities. Territory Management Implement a strategic sales approach tailored to your territory’s unique needs. Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM. Provide regular reports and updates to the Sales Director. Collaboration & Innovation Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. Share customer feedback to contribute to product and process improvements. Requirements What We’re Looking For Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in B2B outside sales or a related role. Experience selling into food and beverage plants, or another regulated industrial environment, is a strong asset. Proven ability to negotiate, communicate, and present effectively. Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented. A collaborative team player with an upbeat attitude and a drive to grow. English and French required — you’ll work with Quebec customers daily. Education High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred. Technical Skills Proficient in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office suite. Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
