The Store Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service by identifying customer needs and providing in-depth product information. They also maintain store cleanliness, manage floor stock, and process transactions using the POS system. Candidates must be able to work between 32 and 40 hours per week with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Previous customer service experience is preferred, along with a willingness to learn and strong communication skills.
